Daring criticism of plastic and support of sloppy metaphor

Monsoon wrote:

"...in the sea with the planktonic swimmers
among the flagellum and jellyfish nerve nets
is an anti-bone death camp called PLASTIC INC.
reaping quarterly profits by the boatload,
the trashbag, the discarded packaging, bottles,
cartons, wrappers, decals, coatings and trimmings
and covering of all synthetic varietals
blooming detritus plastic unborn
and born again in a most unnatural soup
soup of the lakefish
steermeat of steermeat (registered trademark)
plastic of the dumpfish degraded, dead."

Months later, the media found this in their dredging of all portals interweb, and used to is show how Monsoon was an anti-plastic, anti-corporate loon. Forever lionized in the effete wooden salons of elitist scions like Georgetown. Forever vilified in the hard-working, God-fearing hubs of American paradise like Lowell, Mass. and Canton, Ohio.
